How to Create a Store & Enable Public Store

Turn your Make Price List catalog into a live online storefront that customers can browse from any browser! Follow this guide to first create your store workspace in the mobile app, and then turn ON your Public Store to get and share your unique store link.

Note on Settings: Store creation, management, and Public Store settings are available exclusively inside the Make Price List Mobile App.

Part 1

How to Create a Store (If Not Created)

If you have not set up a store yet, follow these quick steps in the app to establish your store workspace.

Step 1: Open Drawer Menu & Tap “Create Store”

Open the Make Price List app on your Android or iPhone device. Open the top drawer menu and tap Create Store.

Step 2: Enter Store Details & Tap “CREATE STORE”

If your store is not yet created, fill in your business information:

Store Name: Enter your shop or brand name (minimum 3 characters, e.g. Fresh Mart & Spices).
Store Description: Enter a brief description of your business and products (minimum 10 characters).

Tap CREATE STORE. Your store is registered immediately! You become the Store Owner and a unique 6-digit Store Code is generated for multi-user collaboration.

Note: If you already have an existing store, your store details will load automatically on this screen, and you can update your store name or description anytime by tapping UPDATE STORE.

Part 2

How to Enable Public Store & Get Your Link

Once your store is created, turn on the Public Store feature to generate your live web catalog link.

Step 3: Open “Store Details” screen

On the Store Details screen, look for the Public Store button and tap it to open the public store configuration settings.

Step 4: Toggle Public Store to ON or check the checkbox & Add Contact Details(Optional)

Switch the Enable Public Store toggle to ON or check the checkbox and accept terms and conditions. You can also configure public customer-facing details:

Mobile Number: Add your shop or WhatsApp phone number so customers can place direct inquiries or orders.
Store Address: Add your physical business address or pickup location.

Step 5: Share Your Public Store Link

Once Public Store is enabled, return to the Store Details screen. The Public Store section will now show as Enabled with a dedicated Share icon button on the right.

Tap the Share icon to open your phone's native share dialogue. From there, you can instantly share your public store link (e.g., https://makepricelist.com/store/YOUR_STORE_ID) directly via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS, Email, or copy the link to share anywhere.
